    How do parents enroll their children?
    Parents are welcome to stop in during office hours. Please bring schools records, immunization records and a birth certificate.

    What are your building and school policies and rules?
    Building Hours: Office hours are 7:30-4:00 when school is in session.

    Student drop-off and pick-up times and doors: Breakfast is served beginning at 7:55. Students may be dropped off at door #1. Students may be picked up door #1 at 3:10.

    What do I do when my child is sick?

    Please call the office by 8:30 when your child is sick for the day.

    Attendance Rules: Attendance in school is very important for student success. Any absences must be reported to the school office by 8:30. Doctor notes should be turned in when your child returns to school.

    Does your school provide before and after-school programs?
    An After School Program is available for students in kindergarten through sixth grade. The hours are 3:15 to 5:30. The program is structured to provide study periods for homework as well as recreational time. The cost of the program is $1.00 a day for students eligible for free or reduced lunches and $4.00 a day for all other students.

    What other services does your school provide?

    Reading Recovery is available at Boswell Elementary School. Our Reading Recovery teacher works closely with our kindergarten, first and second grade teachers in developing and implementing literacy group instruction and regular monitoring of student achievement in reading.
