        - Benton Central Jr. Sr. High School students should initially discuss issues with their teachers. If the problem cannot be resolved, students should submit a "student help desk ticket" before going to the Student Services office.
 - Otterbein Elementary and Prairie Crossing Elementary students should talk to their teachers, who will then send a "help desk ticket" to the technology department regarding the issue.

        Students and Parents/Guardians can send a detailed email to techteam@benton.k12.in.us to create a "help desk ticket". When you send a detailed email to our technology department about an issue with your school-issued device, it will be entered into the technology department's "help desk" queue, alerting our technicians. You will receive updates until the issue has been resolved.
